મિસઇન્ફર્મેશનની મહામારીઃ સૌરભ શાહ

રાહુલ ગાંધી આજે સવારના પહોરમાં ટ્વીટર પર ચરકે છે કે એક તરફ રેલવે દૂસરે રાજ્યોં મેં ફંસે મજદૂરોં સે ટિકટ કા ભાડા વસૂલ રહી હૈં વહીં દૂસરી તરફ રેલ મંત્રાલય પીએમ કેર ફંડ મેં 151 કરોડ રૂપયે કા ચંદા દે રહા હૈ. જરા યે ગુત્થી સુલઝાઈએ!

એ જ સમયે આદરણીય સુબ્રમણિયન સ્વામી પણ ટ્વીટ કરીને ફરિયાદ કરે છે કે અડધા ભૂખ્યા પરપાંત્રીય મજૂરો પાસેથી ટિકિટના ઊંચા દર વસૂલ કરવાનું બેવકૂફી ભર્યું પગલું લેનારી ભારત સરકાર પરદેશમાં ફસાયેલા ભારતીયોને એર ઇન્ડિયામાં વગર પૈસે સ્વદેશ લઈ આવી. ભારતીય રેલવે જો આ મજૂરોનો ખર્ચ ઉઠાવવા ન માગતી હોય તો પીએમ કેર ફંડમાંથી ટિકિટના પૈસા આપવા જોઈએ.

સોનિયામૈયાએ મોટા ઉપાડે જાહેર કરી દીધુઃ ‘કોંગ્રેસ વહન કરેગી મજદૂરોં કે ઘર લૌટને કા ટિકટ ખર્ચ’ (‘અમર ઉજાલા’).

પ્રેસ ઇન્ફર્મેશન બ્યુરો ડોટ એનઆઈસી ડોટ ઇન ભારત સરકારની ઑફિશ્યલ વેબસાઇટ છે જેના પર કેન્દ્રીય ગૃહ મંત્રાલયના ઑર્ડરની કૉપી ભારતનો કોઈપણ નાગરિક વાંચી શકે છે. ઑર્ડરમાં સ્પષ્ટ લખ્યું છેઃ ‘નો ટિકિટ્સ બીઇંગ સોલ્ડ એટ એની સ્ટેશન’.

જે મજૂરો, વિદ્યાર્થીઓ, પર્યટકો, જાત્રાળુઓ વગેરેને લૉકડાઉનને કારણે પોતાના વતન સિવાયના સ્થળે રોકાઇ જવું પડ્યું હોય એમને ઘરે પાછા જવા માટેની ગોઠવણ ભારતીય રેલવે કરી રહી છે. રાજ્ય સરકારોએ રેલવેને વિનંતી કરવાની કે અમારે આટલી ટ્રેનોની જરૂર છે. રેલવે રાજ્ય સરકારોને ભાડામાં 85 ટકા રાહત આપીને ટ્રેનો એલૉટ કરશે અને 15 ટકાનો ખર્ચ રાજ્ય સરકારે પોતે ભોગવવાનો રહેશે. આ સ્પેશ્યલ ટ્રેનમાં પ્રવાસ કરનાર મુસાફરે ગાંઠનો એકપણ રૂપિયો ખર્ચવાની જરૂર જ નથી.

આમ છતાં આ મિસઇન્ફર્મેશન ફેલાવવામાં આવી. શું કામ? ભારત સરકારને બદનામ કરવા. શું કામ? પીએમ-કેર ફંડને બદનામ કરવા. શું કામ? કૉંગ્રેસને ફાયદો થાય એ માટે. કેવી રીતે? કૉંગ્રેસે તો જાહેરાત કરી દીધી કે દરેક મજૂરની ટિકિટનો ખર્ચો અમે ઉઠાવીશું. મજૂરો-વિદ્યાર્થીઓ વગેરે સુધી વાત પહોંચાડી દેવામાં આવી મિડિયા દ્વારા. હવે જ્યારે તેઓ સ્ટેશને પહોંચશે અને એમને ખબર પડશે કે એમના ટિકિટના પૈસા બચી ગયા છે તો તેઓ આભાર કોનો માનશે? કોંગ્રેસનો. ટિકિટનો ખર્ચ ઉઠાવવાની જાહેરાત સોનિયામૈયાએ જ તો કરી હતી. તેઓ ગવર્ન્મેન્ટ ઓફ ઇન્ડિયાનો ઑર્ડર વાંચવા તો ગયા નથી. સ્ટેશને આવીને એમને ખબર પડે કે એમના માટે ફ્રી જર્નીની વ્યવસ્થા રેલવેએ તથા રાજ્ય સરકારે કરી છે તે પહેલાં જ એમના સુધી કૉંગ્રેસની મિસઇન્ફર્મેશન પહોંચાડી દેવામાં આવી. કોના દ્વારા? મેઇનસ્ટ્રીમ સેક્યુલર (એમએસએમ) દ્વારા.

આ મુસાફરોને એમ જ લાગવાનું કે કૉન્ગ્રેસી નેતાઓએ સરકાર પર દબાણ કર્યું એટલે અમારા પૈસા બચ્યા.

માટે સાવધ રહેવું. મેઇન સ્ટ્રીમ મિડિયાનો ઉપયોગ આ મહામારીમાં મોટાપાયે મિસઇન્ફર્મેશન ફેલાવવા માટે થઇ રહ્યો છે. માહિતી એક મોટું શસ્ત્ર છે. ગેરમાહિતી એના કરતાં મોટું શસ્ત્ર છે. ગેરમાહિતી તમારા સુધી એવા રૂપાળા પેકેજિંગમાં પહોંચાડવામાં આવે છે જે તમને માહિતીના સાદાસીધા ખોખા કરતાં વધારે આકર્ષક લાગે છે. ગેરમાહિતીના રૂપકડા પેકેજથી સુબ્રમણિયન સ્વામી જેવા જેન્યુઇન દેશપ્રેમી પણ ગેરમાર્ગે દોરવાઇ જતા હોય તો આપણી તો શું વિસાત? માટે જ સાવધાન. મોદી સરકારની કે હિન્દુવાદીઓની ટીકા કરવાનું મન થાય એવા લલચાવનારા ગિફ્ટ પેકેટને ખોલતાં પહેલાં સાવધાન. સરકારની લેફ્ટરાઇટ લેવાની લાલચ થઈ જાય એવી શાણપટ્ટી કરનારા ફૉરવર્ડિયાઓથી પણ સાવધાન.

  2. આજની તારીખમાં કામે સાથે એને જાહેરાત પણ ખૂબ જરૂરી છે. સરકાર શું કરી રહી છે એ પબ્લિક ને જણાવવું બહુ જરૂરી છે. અન્યથા તમે કરેલા કામો ની જાણકારી સામાન્ય પ્રજા સુધી પહોંચતી નથી. આમાં મોકાનો ફાયદો લેનારા ફાવી જાય છે

  3. આ તો પેલા હાર્યો જુગારી બમણું રમેં એમ આ સોનિયા બાઈ હવે બમણા જોરથી જુઠઠાણાં ફેલાવામાં લાગી છે. પણ કંઈ હાથમાં નહીં આવે એના, હાથના કરેલાં હૈયે જ વાગશે. છાતી ના પાટિયા બેસી જશે તોયે એ બાઈ જુઠ્ઠું નહીં શકે, એટલે એ જે કઈ બકવાસ કરે તેને તો કોરાણે મૂકી એને કચરાપેટી ની જેમ સફાઈ જ કરવાની ને એ કામ સૌરભભાઈ બહુ જ સરસ રીતે કરી રહ્યા છે.

  4. સાચી માહિતી આપવા માટે આભાર. વિચાર ફક્ત એ આવે છે કે સેન્ટ્રલ ગવર્નમેન્ટનું પણ મિડીયા સેલ બહુ મોટું અને પાવરફૂલ છે. ભાજપા ૨૦૧૪થી સરકાર ચલાવે છે. એટલે છેલ્લા ૬ વર્ષમાં કોન્ગ્રેસ કે બીજી પાર્ટીઓ આવો દૂષ્પ્રચાર કરે છે તે ભાજપા સરકારને ખબર છે તો સરકાર પોતે જ કેમ શરૂઆતથી સાચી માહિતી લોકોને પૂરી નથી પાડતી? જો દરેક પગલાની સાથે સાથે જ સાચી હકિકત લોકોને, સરકારમાં બીજા નેતાઓને અને મિડીયાને આપવામાં આવે તો બીજી પાર્ટીઓની મજાલ છે કે ખોટી માહિતી આપે?

  11. The government should have mentioned the fare is born by central and state at decided ratios on the ticket along with set of instructions or document given to rail bound migrants. At least workers would have read themselves.

I am surprised why media never interviewed migrant workers while they were boarding the trains and getting off their destination about who paid for their fare, how did they found journey, what other facility they were provided free of cost etc. Media are quick to reach Shahinbaug, Bandra exodus. Why they feel it is not right to give credit and thank the government for the massive task undertaken. Did they prepare any broadcast on the logistic and complexities involved at both centre and state level?
    This is pity of selective TRP hungry cheap media.

    • શ્રમિકો પાસે હાલના સંજોગોમાં એટલા રૂપિયા કયાં હોય ? ૪૦-૪૨ દિવસોથી કામ ના કરેલ હોય તો બચત પણ ખાલી થઇ જાય

  18. Your message in Railway Tickets is wrong. All news channels are giving contradictory opinions. Times Now says Maharashtra, Kerala, and Rajasthan have made the migrants pay. Such wrong info from you has a big dent on credibility.

    • 85% of the cost is born by Railways and remaining 15% by the state government. Read the order on pib website. It’s clearly mentioned. When the Congress ruled state Governments do not pay their meagre share and Congress president announce of paying it, this becomes a bravado . It lessens the credibility of Congress and the paid media and INCREASES MY CREDIBILITY.
